BETA VERSION Thank you for your interest in joining our real estate section. MexExpats.com platform recently launched to connect international communities in Mexico with businesses and services. Today, Mexico hosts close to 2.5 million foreign residents, solidifying its position as the premier destination for relocation or retirement in North America, with this figure steadily increasing. This is why we have recently launched MexExpats.com to assist foreigners in Mexico. Our objective is to foster connections between international communities and businesses/professionals within Mexico. However, our scope extends beyond merely providing business solutions. We envision ourselves as the primary source of valuable information catering to all stakeholders, including expatriates and internationally-minded Mexicans. We offer a platform for substantive discussions, addressing pertinent issues and disseminating essential information relevant to international communities residing in Mexico. Recognizing the significant language barrier faced by many foreigners in Mexico, we actively encourage bilingual Mexicans to collaborate with us, recognizing the mutual benefits of this approach for all parties involved. When it comes to real estate it is important that your client is able to communicate with you. Therefore, it is very important that you are able to speak fluent English. We are about quality not quantity. We have some set of rules before we accept agents to our platform.
We are not a real estate company nor are we a real estate platform or portal. Having a real estate section in our platform is to serve our users and international communities the best way we can. We do not offer fancy features like some real estate portals. Idea is that you are able to publish your listings for new clientele. You are able to publish and manage up to 20 properties any time in our platform. Each property will remain active for up to 60 days. After 60 days property will go into InActivate mode and will no longer show in the platform. It is your responsibility to renew it. We do not wish to have dead stock in our platform. Facebook linking We understand everyone wants more traffic to their social media. Therefore, we have created a way to link your listing on your Facebook page to your listing in our platform. Resulting in new traffic to your Facebook page. Before you add your listing to our platform, you need to publish it on your Facebook page. We allow only one image per property when you publish a listing on our platform, rest of the property images need to go on your Facebook page. Potential clients will visit your Facebook page to see more images. Linking with FB
